This is to inform you that the captioned cargoes will be delivered to your CFS on or before

HOURS and DATE

We understand that at the time when our cargoes arrived at your CFS, it is already out of the receiving

hours of your CFS.

As per our request, we hereby undertake and agree as follows : -

to pay you on demand all CFS charges which may be, or appears to be, due and chargeable in respect of paid shipment, and to pay the dead freight which is, as a result of, short delivery of our cargoes because at the time

we delivery the cargoes to your CFS, it is too late for your company to re-arrange for space of container(s).
